Our Core Values - Our movement is populated with a number of maturing
believers, called Pauls. A Paul will befriend
another business professional (called Timothy), build an
enduring relationship with them,
and begin to teach them
essential Biblical truth. A Timothy may be an unbeliever
who is open to receiving truth, a new believer, or a believer
who has never seriously dealt with Biblical reality. The Bible
calls this process discipleship.

Pre-eminence of Christ: Intimacy
with Christ is paramount and all we do must emanate from
our Life in Christ and His Life in ours.
Life on Life Relationships: We value the process
of committed one-on-one relationships for evangelism and
discipleship.
Teams: God calls us to work together in teams in
order to multiply what He wants to accomplish through us.
Generational Spiritual Reproduction: The goal of
the discipleship process is spiritual reproduction to the
3rd and 4th generation and beyond.
CBMC Discipleship
This is the process where a man or woman is either on the way
to, or has begun a relationship with Jesus Christ. Another
person enters into a friendship roll and begins to impart the
life in Christ, that he has, to another. The common tool
used is a four series booklet called Operation Timothy.
Operation Timothy covers the major concept of a believers life
in Christ through the Bible. As a bond is built with two
people the discipler's heart over time is transferred to the
person being discipled. His world view and behavior
becomes more pleasing to God and man, and both partners
experience spiritual growth as Christ imparts his life to them.
Mathew 18:20 says "wherever two or three gather together in
my Name there I am in the midst of them". These men,
in time, go on to help another, and both join with others to
form ministry teams and grow together. People often see
God reproduce their lives to the third and fourth generation as
they remain in and become committed to this process.
